2. Free cosmetic refurb and furnishing by our design team

We will carry out a cosmetic refurb to bring the property up to a first-class standard and attract high- quality tenants.

We’re invested with you to show our commitment to succeeding with you and your property for the long run.

3. Scheduled viewing and vetting of professional tenants

We will conduct viewings with our clients to house the best professional tenants for you, whilst this is happening, we pay you regardless of the void period or any change in tenant circumstances.

You can rest assured that your rent will come through in the first 5 days of the month every month.

4. Relax while we take care of all the management and maintenance

Once the tenants are in, we will take over the complete management and maintenance of the property and relationship with tenants giving you a hassle -free experience.

This arrangement can be as hands-off as you would like it to be.
